Chaos Ability Bug

In my map, sometimes a chaos hero becomes uncontrolable, and chaos ability gets a forever cooldown, in previous blizzard patches there was the problem of adding double damage when they goes back to normal form, now it seems to be solved, it doesnt happened all the time, mostly when u cast the chaos ability near dead, and dont finish the casting before getting killed, then when ur hero revived he tends to have double int,agl and str. Now it doesnt happens anymore is fixed, but this other problem comes out. The problem is that i dont get the exact moment when chaos heros becomes uncontrolable, all I know is that he becomes uncontrolable when is in chaos form and fighting.

This has happened to me in the past as well. It exists in many maps, especially AoS ones. It happens when your hero is dying as you transform.

Is there anyway to solve this with triggers? or is chaos attack type the problem or the problem is the metamorphosis itself, i mean changing one hero by another?

It has nothing to do with a hero. If your changing form and you die during transition you lose control of the hero.

....Is this a fact?... is exactly when the hero dies? Cuz if die during changing form (changing into another hero, then maybe the solution is that just after hero gets 1% life, make him invulnerable and change into his normal form again dont u think?
