He should have basic anims, as in stands and attacks and spells. A portrait if possible, and a morph anim, where he turns into a werewolf and back again, and the wolfie should have anims also.

You dont have to do it from scratch, maybe edit a model into a druid. And it can be high poly, i dont mind.
