Disabling over level 5 creep exp

is there any way to make it so heros over level 5 can still get experence?

not much of a trigger question.
but in the game constants (or interface, not sure which one), there will be a creep reduction table. just delete the integer 0

It's under gameplay constants, definitely. Not a trigger question at all. Moved to general development.
