Okay, normally I only work with 3ds Max, but this time I want to stick to just MDL editing. Heres the issue: I have my body, skinned and animated, but no head. I have the head I want to use as a base, namely, Arthas' portrait MDX. Now I want to merge Arthas' head onto my Body, and then transfer the portrait animations. That way I dont have to have a seperate portrait MDX. How can I go about doing this? (I tried Oinker's Animation transfer, but it doesnt seem to opperate properly in this instance,) |

you can do it manually by replacing the old keys with yours. |

Do you have a tutorial on doing that with MDL's? Like I said, I dont normally work only in them. |

.............ah well is simple redistribute the keys of your bones and replace the portrait bones' keys with their omolog bone. |

Right.... Heh, sorry, I dont know exactly understand what to do with the MDL script though, Im confused as heck. I dont want to replace the whole model, just add the portait animations to the walk, stand, attack, etc. |
