De-hero'lizing and other animations

This is request for someone to fidle around with animation names take away hero glow and add decay animations to existing models.

I would like to make a sort of futuristic warcraft without using too many custom models, which are difficult to come by. Instead I want use existing models to fullfill different roles, but some of these models, especially those which were originally heros, need to be tailored a bit before they will work. They are as follows:


-"Orccar" (units\other\orccar\orccar.mdl):
-change "stand - alternate" to "attack"
-add "death" animation

-"Dwarfcar" (units\other\dwarfcar\dwarfcar.mdl):
-change "stand - alternate" to "attack"
-add "death" animation

"Hero Tinker":
-remove hero glow
-add "decay flesh" animation
-add "decay bone" animation
-add (edit) shrink and sink to the end of the "death" animation

"Hero Mountain-King":
-remove hero glow
-add "decay flesh" animation
-add "decay bone" animation


I do appreciate how difficult this is (decay animations especially).
