Detecting the end of a spell?

What's the best way to accomplish this?

Real life example: I need a way to detect when Avatar wears off, so I can fire a trigger.

Is there an Event I'm overlooking, or would it be possible to have a timer of some kind activate when casting Avatar and have it last for the duration and then carry on?

I'd use a timer that counts down and a trigger that executes when the timer expires.

First use a trigger to detect the avatar order, then set the timer, then have another trigger go off when the timer expires 30 seconds (or whatever) later

Not sure, but I think Avataroff is the string for turning avatar off (well, DUH!) Try to decet when Avataroff is cast, that may work.

And moves like immolation, divine shield, etc all do this.
