You guys, make more stories. I'm not trying to make spamming threads, but it seems like no like to even peek at this place(screw you guys who hate writing and reading!). Anyways, you should know what a proverb is. ... Don't tell me that you don't... Fine, fine. A proverb is: a condensed but memorable saying embodying some important fact of experience that is taken as true by many people That's what Dictionary.com had to say, but in simpler words: A phrase or sentence that uses figurative language to describe morals in life These will be our examples: "Sink or swim" "For every figure, there is a shadow" "Strike while the iron is hot" ~~~ If you guys don't mind, would you kind of tell me, or us what your proverb means if it's "out of the blue", or unusual? Make up your own, and don't just make one up, think about it. Is it practically something that happens to everyone? |

Can I be Xiash, lord of all who live and several who do not, the light of the world, the fire of the souls, the master of all who breath by his soveirgn right in exchange for their undying gratitude and love for his excellence, the one who cause night to become day and continues ot keep the chaotic cycle in check, and king of all existence and of all eternity? |

Edit edit edit. For every good there is bad. The higher your hopes, the harder they will shatter when they fall. |

An eye for an eye only makes the whole world blind. :P The closer you are to death, the harder you cling to life. Sticks and stones will break my bones. :P Within the bulb, the light never goes out. If as first you don't suceed, try, try again. If your best friend killed themself, would you? |

Guest | I remember playing that old game warcraft 2 when I was a "bit" younger. In the tips (F12 wee) were a few crappy proverbs: - Never spit against the wind. - Do not tickle an angry dog. - If you can run faster then light, you have more chances to survive than if you can't. - Out there lies the truth. In there lies the pixels. |
