Could possibly be an option in other editors, but for WE normal, all you can do is remove boundaries until the max space. If you want to put your map into a bigger map then you have to re-import everything. Export objects, import. Export triggers, import. Copy regions, paste. copy terrain, paste. I'm not sure if you can copy units over but you can try that. About everything can be cut and pasted in WE. Unless you have lots of specific unit events, or a very slow computer, it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes max.

As for removing boundaries, it's under Scenario, properties, Map/camera bounds, something like that.

In the same menu (Map/camera bounds) you can also easily increase the terrain size of your map. No need to import/export stuff. Unless you want to put your smaller map into a larger already existing map with it's own triggers and units and stuff. In that case, you must do things the hard way by copying over to the new map things one at a time like Ant said.

Oooo right. I've always transfered stuff over tilesets, never tried making maps bigger. Eek.

As for converting a real to a formatted string, the first number, I think, is field length (in Pascal it is). Which I think is used for indentation, printing and stuff. I dunno, go try.

You can make one map, when you've completed all the things that it has in common with the other map, you save it, then copy it, and there, you have now two maps with the same heroes and whatever else you want them to have in common. Now just complete each map individually with all the things that are different between them.

I reccomend you save before changing map size though, sometimes it seems to crash world editor.
