Ever noticed in the object editor how the Warden has 14 proper hero names, yet it only uses 9? Similar is true for the Bloodmage. I don't play enough ladder to know if the deafault data are really like that or if it's just a mixup in the editor (perhaps even only a mixup in my editor :/ ), but it's still odd. Kind of a waste to think of so many names and in the end not use them all. Not to mention the Shadow Hunter, who has 8 names yet he uses 9... nobody ever got a SH hero named default string when playing? :) Probably not... |

Guest | Okay. That's funny. Stupid Blizzard people, what's the point of thinking up extra names if you never use them? Oh well that post is pretty random, but it gave me something to post about ;p |

Guest | dont think they pay attention half the time to the small details. If i remember right, the Dark Ranger for instance has her primary attribute as agility..and has that as highest starting stat.. yet with each level gained, she gains like around 2.5 intel per level ....i think the agil per level was like 1.6.. oh yeah.. and notice how almost all names for heros are much like indian-type names? Cheif wind-in-face.. |

Actually, all warcraft heroes gain about 1.5 agility per level (except intelligence heroes who mostly gain 1), the hero that gains most is the blademaster, about 1.75. Obviously, agility is an imbalanced stat so they had to keep it down even on agility heroes. That's why they have faster attack speeds and higher damage dice, because their base damage attribute doesn't go as high as with the other heroes. |

Agility is too powerful if you get too much of it. As DR is a Assassin\Caster, she gets high intel and high agility. |
