Guest | i would like to know how to protect my maps to stop people editing them in and runing them maybe what is the best way to do this. |

Well, why would you want to? I hate protected maps, and most people protect them for no apparent reason, if your map has no new or exciting features, then why bother? You're just stopping others from learning stuff. Besides, who cares if your map is edited? You're the one who made, so you should be able to tell a real version from a fake. |

Would you please just search the forums for the hundreds of other threads like this one next time. I have seen countless arguements on map protection. |

Guest | i want to protect it to stop people edinting it and calling it there own and in the map loading i leave a email adress so u can email me if u want a unprotected version to look at what i've done and i will search the forums now thank you ^_^ |
