ALTONYR I (LOTR/Middlearth)-based RP

Anybody want to be the "DM"? (Could be nice if you where an experienced r-player... With a little knowledge of the Middlearth also....)

I would like to run this thread as a player.
With the DM and about 5 other players....
========
An unusually tall - completly covered in metal and leather armor - Dwarf named Moraig with a solid two-handed mace over the shoulder stands in the front of a little stone....
"Hrmf.. WHERE did i put that damn stone..?" he asks himself in attempt to remember....
"Beneath, maybe."
He lifts the stone in the air as if it where made of paper and sees what he's looking for: a little green stone, a smaragd..
"Oh, here it is.."
He puts down the stone to the left of the stone and puts it inside his pocket..

He proceeds into the forest walking slowly..
It does'nt seem like he has a target for his walk, but it could look like that he was just looking for a place to sleep....

========
Post like this, maybe longer.... Hope someone will join!

Hey Jorak,

Dont mind there sarcasm. They expect everyone to be as "good" and "social skilled" as them. This makes them shortsighted and unable to help out people who are 5 or 6 years younger then them(Maby more since your 11, I checked out your profile).

They havnt reached the state of tolerance and patience.

If you want to start a new RP be sure you think it through.
All good ideas require thinking and perfecting.
Also its maby a good idea to move your idea to a LotR/fantasy forum. There are a lot of those.

You apparently are not too much different from them, when I look back what you've done in the past. With the memory of a nearly ancient monkey race, I can even remember some stuff of you as well.
Expecting everyone to be as "good" as BadFurDay is already a pain as it is :P
Expecting everyone to be as "social skilled" as Darkhorde is something you'd rather avoid.
And I'll keep myself out of that list. You don't even [sarcasm] want to be as "good" or be as "social skilled" as me [/sarcasm], take that from an experienced guy... yes, 'guy'. :P

Seven years older, in my case then. Though seeing as I am, or was, (especially now, with me sitting in a dark room, several bottles of alcoholic drinks, several magazines, my bulletboard that looks suddenly quite yellow, a fog that never seems to disappear out of my room and a closet that is spinning) one of the most "helpful" people around. Hey, I made a FAQ... okay, when I count up how often I've said, "read the FAQ", "now read the FAQ", "read the FAQ you moron" and "read the FAQ you stupid morons", I'm starting to doubt my own words of being proud on writing a FAQ, but, hey, don't look back to the past *cough* *cough*

Though you don't seem to be too much off yourself. With a rough guess (to mention that my guesses are always about 20 years off, so for the first time, I'm gonna use it to my advantage) you should be about hmm... -13? Perhaps -14? Count 20 up to that, and I should be quite accurate.

And you apparently never reached... no, let me say it more polite.
You never actually understood what 'intelligence' means, or so I am guessing.

...let me guess, you didn't bother to read the discussion about RP-threads here in this forum, hm? That would explain a lot, not to mention you babbeling like a headless chi... monkey... yes, I prefer to say monkey than chicken. I like being creative.

Ah! So that's why you never seemed to come up with a good idea! Though you seem to lack a tad more than just "thinking" and "perfecting" things.

You seem to know quite a lot about them. Why not carry his bags to that place as well, and send us a card when you arrived. You already seem to be good in writing a letter, so sending us a card can't be too much of a problem, right?

Hey, I like listening to a comedians while reading a negative post about myself- and others.
Have a nice da-... well, night for me.

If I honestly must watch another person get on WC3, host one of the few RPs out there, and then demand:

LOTR/COLLEGE ROMANCE FUTARISTIC RP JOIN JOIN FAST HOST 14.4K

I will shoot me with a knife.

I don't think he has got the 'mayb' thing down Fladian. It's 'maybe'.

Well, its nice to get some support.... Actually I am 12 now....

The good thing of playing without rules is, that you can do a lot more.....
BUt it also requires a VERY good DM to run it...

MABY:
As "by" means town there is a good chance for a town to be named Maby....
Believe me... I live in Denmark and their names are things like Viby and Gadstrup (i live there)...
Strynø.... WHO gets that GENOUS idea to call "island" the letter "ø"???
(Sorry, my spelling... But i only have two years of teaching......)

Sarcasm:
I don't bother.... I am as bad as them sometimes... but... seriously i don't like sarcasm, cause it makes it pretty hard to understand sometimes......?

Their, socially skilled, than, maybe, you're, haven't, it's, maybe. Check your posts with word before you submit them.

Jorak, are you really 12 ? We require parental approval for users under 13, your parents know don't they ? :P
