The head of the elf is a little too long, but then again elves are kinda like that. the troll's neck seems a little short to me. other than that great drawings

the ear on the troll should be a lot bigger and calloused
seeming how trolls have tough skin

I like the necromancer the best, although his hands look a little too meaty to me. You could get the idea of the necromancer across better if the hands were emaciated and he had deep lines on his face. A bigger book wouldn't hurt either. Also, the dwarf's features look a little more delicate than what one would expect. Fine work, otherwise.

i think most of them look a wee bit slanted or skewed...

like its not right, perspective wise.
