ok im at work atm so i cant download this map, but i can try answer a few questions.

1/2 firstly to change a hero name go to the object editor, and select the hero from the left side menu. One you have selected the unit/hero u want to use you should get there individual stats come up, right at the top it says hero ability's, you can mix n match/change ability's here. Now right at the bottom of the units stats etc u can see there name you can change it here, or from the menu at the side where you selct the unit you wish to edit you can simply right click on there name and edit name there.

3 you best of playing with triggers, and cinematics and camera angles etc for a while to get a feel for how it all works, this is how i started out exactly the same as you with, but once you play about with things you will learn and get alot better, just dont expect to be a pro after 5 minutes, and understand that this map you are making now in a few weeks time you will be able to do it alot better than now because of the experience you will have gained.

4.in the sub menu theres the campaign editor icon im not 100% sure off memory what it looks like but i think it looks like a book. just go onto that and create a new campaign and import this map and others into it.

the main advice i can give is just play about with things and learn this way, if you get really stuck or need any help just come back here alot of people will be more than happy to help

i hope this has helped you to start out anyway.
