The Final Night of Eternity

The night, all I ever shall know. The sun, golden, filling the world with it's wonders. I long for it's golden rays, the end of an eternal night.

In my slumber I can feel it leaving, I can feel the darkness creeping up on the world of light. Darkness is my home, and in darkness I shall hide. As I slowly awaken from my days rest I feel empty, there is no meaning to this eternal and everlasting life. I move slowly out of my bed, the silky red sheets slide off my curving form. Scattered on the floor are the cloths of me and my companion, although he will find little need for them now. Licking my lips I pull on a dress, the beutifull satin clings to my body. Walking towards my balkony my mind is in turmoil. My chin rests in my cupped hands as I look down on those who walk below, an ever lasting, ever moving wake of humans. They know not how breif their existance is, nor how much they should cherish it. The footsteps of the nights wandering mass echo in my head. Beside the road I notice a young girl sitting, observing those who pass by. Now it would seem that I am very bad at geussing the age of mortals but I imagine that she would be around sixteenyears of age. She sits, with a vacant look in her glossy eyes. Her short black hair just covering her ears is in a mess. She doesn't stand out in the crowd, her jeans and black top are a very common sight in this age, but she is very beutifull and the only human that might ever think about their pointless existance. I can almost see her thinking, about how short life is. Leaving the balkony I close the doors and pull the curtains closed. High heeled shoes are bothersom but they do look very nice, and their dark red does suit the brighter shaded red of my dress. As I leave my home I pull the door closed and my dress flutters in the temerary breeze. Walking down the stairs from the third story my steps echo loudly. Opening the door a slight sound is noticed by my acute ears, crying. Walking across the street I come to the girl that I examened from my vantage point. Her cheeks where red along with her tear filled eyes. Her soft sobbs stood out in the chatter of the human mass. I sit down beside her and flatten my dress.
"Life is short isn't it my dear"
She looks up at me and smiles,
"I was just thinking about the very same thing" She replyed.
"Well my dear, why such thoughts from a young girl like you?"
She looks down at the road before looking straight into my eyes,
"My mom and dad where killed last week, some crazy man attacked them..."
A tear falls down from her eye.
"We were walking in the park at nighttime, and he attacked us from the bushes, I ran and called the police with my phone, but when they got here it was too late... There was blood everywhere"
"Dear, what park where you in?"
"North Park... The one with the"
"I know of North Park my dear, now what did this mad man look like?"
"Why are you asking all these questions, you aren't a police women are you?"
"No dear, I just want to know"
She shivers and another tear falls down her cheek.
"He had a black jacket, and no hair, and he had a shirt with the words 'Cain is my father' on it"
"My dear it is cold out here, why don't we go home to me, it is just over the street and much warmer then out here"
At first she hesitates but slowly she gets up and follows me towards my home. I let her in before me and quickly close the door behinde me. I think of how unfortunate it is that my bed is in the same room as the entry door, just before the girk lets out a scream. I had forgotten about last nights "geust".
"Hush hush dear, he is allready dead, and screaming won't bring him back, besides now one can hear you, no one else lives in this building"
"Wha...What have you done to him!?"
As I smile I forget myself again, my large canines peek out of my spread lips.
"NO DON'T KILL ME PLEASE!"
"Calm down my dear, I have no intentions of killing you, you are far too interesting. I know who killed you mother and father dear, he is a paasite of my kind, Valimar. He like me is a vampire, I'm shure you know what that is"
There was still fear in her eyes and she was shaking.
"You are the first mortal I have spoken to in a long time, well without having the intention of killing them anyway. I am going to help you avenge your family. So my dear, do you want to become a vampire?"
"Yes...I want to...become..."
"This might hurt a bit, but please don't scream, there is no point"

Three hours later.
Ah my dear, I can see that you are awake, it was lucky that man in my bed had some blood left in him. Now I will tell you the rules. First rule is sunlight, it will kill you, stay away if you want to live. Second rule is mortals, they must never know we exist, it is better that way. Third rule is blood, you feed on it, and it keeps you alive. Now, on the table there is a letter, it contains all you will ever need to know. Now you go back to sleep and don't wake up untill tomorrow night, goodbye dear."

The next night.
The letter is ripped open quickly.

My Dear,
I am gone now, I went to see the sunset. Here are some phonenumbers that you will need, and the deed to my home and business. Have a nice death, and always remeber me, and your family.

I had a bad feeling something was twisted with that old woman.

I give you a 6.5/10, nice try, but the execution wasn't nearly as great as it could have been and originality just went out the window. I also reccommend www.spellcheck.net because small mispellings like 'balkony' and 'replyed' are a nuisance, and it greatly helps the flow to get those eliminated.

And you don't have to bother with the Asian babes :P
