#1: Is there any way to have a hero with two item slots that can be filled with A: Armor and B: Weapons [IE: You can only have one armor and one weapon on a hero, not two weapons and not two armors] #2: Is there any way to make skills cost more hero points as the skills get more powerful? |

#1: You can give a Hero a smaller inventory by giving him a modified inventory ability with less slots. As far as limiting items to one of type per hero, you would use a simple trigger, if you search the triggers and scripts section a bit I'm sure you'll find a thread about how to do this. #2: I'm not sure that's possible. It would be if you made a hero skill choosing system from scratch instead of using the default warcraft system. Only other potential possibility I see is if it were possible to detect when a player enters/exits hero skill choosing menu and disable the unlearnable skills at that time for the player (also assuming that besides not being castable, disabled abilites are also unlearnable). |
