orc head, once again

There are several aspects that need improvement and I will try to keep it simple.

-Start doing underdrawings. There is a problem with the basic shapes and the placement of your features.
-Practice the features individually. Your eyes, for example, are completely flat.
-Work on perspective of your faces.
-Shading is really rough and doesnt define the forms as it should.

you always tend to do warcrafty orcs. how bout you do your own orc designs? if you like this style, ok, but it will be cool to see an orc design completely yours. i think :P
