Fog in an Area?

In Water Wars - Submerged, you go down to a lower section of a map which has blue fog over it, which gives the illusion of being underwater. Multiplayer map, so the fog does not just change globally. How would I be able to make fog affect one area only? And also, I'm sure it's not a filter. Thanks,

It wasn't fog, it was a blue fade filter with about 70% see-through, but I could be wrong. =)

I'm pretty sure that's not right. When you apply a fade filter, no matter how transparent, tooltips don't appear correctly, and I recall that they did show up right. <shrug> But I dunno, you might be right, I'm just not sure at all.

The tooltips show up correctly, just not during a cinematic 'Fade', which is usually a fade to white and back. In either case he used something (WEU most likely) to make the fade only work for one player, as I recall, it's not in the wc3 GUI database.

Oh that? Simple JASS script. I have it somewhere on my hardrive, but Im sure you could get it off of wc3sear.ch's JASS section.

Yeah, I released it in there, but I doubt you would need it. Just use WEU's advanced triggers to do it. Much more simple and the JASS code doesn't seem to like to be imported, as it causes many errors.
