Whenever i help test a friends map that I have been doing the triggers for, if there are more than 2 players, I'm disconnected at start. and during the wait(long dl) I'm booted for no reason. Any reasons why this mayhappen? Its only me, and its only started happening recently, I figure maybe a trigger did it.? help? |

Make a dummy copy of the map, remove all triggers, test it, if it doesn't boot you out, you know that it's the triggers. If it still boots you, try reinstalling wc3, some of your files may have been damaged or what not. If all that fails, the map hates you. :god_help_us: |

Desyncing triggers are usually caused by JASS, but they can result in many errors. Errors in code etc... although I don't think it has anything to do with triggers, it is a possibility. It has nothing to do with your account name I suppose... Reinstall War3. |

it could be from the terrain. I remember this one guy had the same problem, and it was being caused because there was a unit in the black masked area. It can also happen if u just have dial-up, or a slow comp. Take for example Waugriffs, i remember sometimes it took 5 min, and then dropped a couple of ppl because they were too slow.....or i think thats y, unless the quit during load? Well, anyway, gl with this! |

My friend experienced a normal GUI desync too, he says the problem was in a "selecet unit group for player" action. :/ It's odd, I use the select unit trigger in EoW and it works just fine, perhaps the unit-group select action is more problematic? I wouldn't know, just posting what he told me he found to be the cause. |

Guest | I once had the same problem. I made a map and set it up to allow negatives in the world editor by going to properties. Me and my brother had been testing it before i did this and it was going fine but when i did this my brother was randomly getting disconnected from games. When i went back and removed this the problem stopped. |

I think my partner found the problem, something about when a summon kills a unit. |
