I need help!

Ok, I know there are probably lots of topics like this in the forums, but I've read many of them and I honestly can't get this stupid importing thing to work. (Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I didn't know where to put it)

I downloaded a skin called "Aragorn.blp", and it looked like it fit on the Arthas (weilding Frostmourne) model, so I used the custom path "units\human\ArthaswithSword\ArthaswithSword.blp" on the Aragorn.blp file. I saved the map, exited WE, then re-entered it. When I placed the Arthas (weilding Frostmourne) model, it was still Arthas (you know, the guy with blonde hair)! Aragorn has brown hair and different armor, so I have no idea how this happened... :( If I could get any help, I would really appreciate it.

If anyone needs any screenshots to understand me, I'll gladly post them!

try testing the map. if it still doesnt show even in-game, i dont know wuts wrong.
