Guest | I'm trying to add icons to my units, but for some reason I can only load .blp files. Can anyone help? |

.BLP is the standard Warcraft III image format. Only BLP and in some cases TGA are accepted. |

Like runtmaster2 said, only .BLP and .TGA are acceptable. Make sure when you are finished importing the file, that you remove the path on the import. Here is an example, which I took from a tutorial. war3mapImported\BTNRazorWheel.blp This is what the file path looks like when it is not changed. You want to change it to this, BTNRazorWheel.blp The only time you don't remove the path that the WE puts on it, when you import, is on a custom model for a unit. I found that the model won't work if you remove the path. ~Azhag~ |

Not always. Models work without the path as long as when you specify the model to a unit, there is also no path. Neverthless, if you need to convert your JPG or BMP or whatever you wanted to import, simply download one of the converters from www.wc3sear.ch 's file section. |
