File Changing Programs

I'm trying to convert a .jpg to .mdl, but i don't have an application. Can someone please direct me to one?

You wouldn't want to convert an image to a model ... that's like making apple juice out of little goblins.

I need it to import a custom loading screen.

You could have started with that.

You can't convert a jpg to mdl.

Mdl is a model file.

LoadinScreen.mdx is a model.

Now JPG is an image.

Models use Images as textures.

So Instead , you have to convert jpg to whatever the image that is used by the model file
