thats good and all, was going to use it eventually... but i need the bones first. the animation transfer will only work if the model has the bones. i made a custom model, i just want to transfer the bones from an existing one. im not good at bones yet.

I don't think such a program exist. Expecially since bones must be linked to the meshes :\
