Joey.
Aha, I like it, besides major anatomy and proportional Issues, it's still pretty cool - especially if you did it quick =)

Woah dry. I think you need to work on basic placement and proportions, the first few minutes of drawing, before doing anything else.

the first few minutes were the ONLY minutes of the drawing

and aside from the arm and hand that is reaching outwards needing to be closer to the body and the shoulder armor needing to be smaller and the chest armor needing to be bulkier, there are no proportional issues that i see.

The eyes are too big, the forehead is too big, the ear is too small, and yadda yadda yadda.

you know... it might help if you compared it to anything before listing bogus reasons.
Note that my sketch was not based off of anybody and I just found this picture of Samuel L. Jackson on the internet after your last post because I needed a bald person to compare it to.

As you can see from the grid the eyes and head and nose and mouth and ear line up relatively well. Since that picture of Samuel L. Jackson was not used as reference, the features should not line up perfectly. Also, everyone has different sized features, not everyone is cut from some perfect mold. Some peoples ears are alot smaller than others, some people have larger eyes, some people have smaller noses, some people have smaller mouths. Keep this in mind next time you start listing the proportion issues of someones artwork.

its almost uncanny how everything lines up... It looks as if it was referenced.. or else you got EXTREMELY lucky to find a picture of a bald guy in an exact facial position as the one you drew.

what you are saying is true.. not everyone has the same facial "mold".. but still, something looks off in your drawing.

1. back of the head is out of proportion
2. chest/torso is too small.. or head is way too big.
3. no definition in the lips
4. massive pupils...errr.. iris???
5. big chin.--usually right under the lip is a groove that goes down, then the chin pertrudes a bit.
6. perspective is off...

hope i was helpful... keep drawing... and try to use references being as how "you didnt for this one". references are good for you to get the basic anatomy down.

Sigh, the thing is, as much as ears get smaller and bigger between people, theres a point where they just dont get smaller, but I wont bore you with my silly "logic".

And actually, thank you very much for posting that pic. Its perfect for my point. Look at the eyes, in the pic's the eye goes over one square, just about. In yours it goes over 1 and a half. The other eye goes over about 3/4 and yours goes almost the whole thing. The iris is especially too big. Look at the shade and highlight at the pic's cheek, yours is way too close to the eye. Your lower jaw is way too long, and it curves way too much to get to the ear. On the right side of your pic's face, *his right* the chin is way too sharp and too high. Also, the face is far too thin. The mouth is too high, if you added an upper lip it would almost reach the nose. Thats the proportion issues.
Your person has no eyelids. The ear should tilt back a bit. If youre going to put that much attention to the wrinkles suggesting he is angry, make that expression in the mirror and look at all the wrinkles that you didnt include in the drawing.
