ok i have made a model, just for the sake of it, (a t-rex) ok im not that great, and its not animated yet but the basics i just need clarification

this is the first line of my code

Quote:
Model "" {
NumGeosets 90,
NumBones 1,
BlendTime 150,
MinimumExtent { -68.0396, -209.06, -8.83101 },
MaximumExtent { 70.4331, 336.217, 380.835 },
BoundsRadius 512.873,
}
Textures 1 {
Bitmap {
Image "Tyrannosaurus-head1.tga",
ReplaceableId 1,
}
}
Materials 1 {
Material {
Layer {
FilterMode None,
static TextureID 0,
}
}
}

ok so that is how it starts off,

is the reason why this isnt working is because its not a blp? where is the converter? i cant seem to use that Warcraft 3 Viewer it just makes it 0kb and nothing shows up

can i get a quick responce or will this take a few days?

just to make sure, if some1 can convert the file here ??

Thats a picture not a texture file... you have to make it 2-d as in flat you have to do the skin by hand and uv map it.

oh i have used this as a texture and it has been uv mapped in my model, i would post my model but its about a mb. Um i used this jpg to texture it and when i change the image to a blp i just change that section in the text to a .blp right?

ok i think i know what the problem is... is it because it doesnt have an alpha channel?

I tried to add one into it using photoshop (adobe), it seems to have worked yet it still dosent seem to load in world editor... here is the file can someone tell me if the alpha channel works?
