Spell needed for a one player map

I need a Ultimate spell for a undead blademaster.

The spell is like this: blademaster use the [attack walk stand spin] animation but he cant move from his position (the spell reminds alot of starfall) from his spinning position he shoots out skulls at the enemy units near himself (the death coil missle is something i had in mind tho ur allowed to use custom models for it) (attacks ground and air.)

it will only be like a one level ability not 1-3. Deal 200 dmg and last for 15 seconds. cooldown would be 200 seconds. And the cost of mana would be about 200 as well.
Range: same as the starfall.

The map alone is about 50 % done and will be released about 1-2 weeks from now. The maker of teh spell will be pm when the map is done. Also he\she will be credited for the spell and if he\she puts it up at a certain place the link to the spell will also be in teh credits. Deadline is 10th of july.

jass allowed ?: I rather not have jass but if u want to use jass then fine by me.

Custom effects and models for teh spell allowed ?: yup as much as u want just dont make it look like its teh spell of all spells as in the spell effects is to much (tho i bet some say u cant say stop to how much beauty).
