Robert came into work today, and he felt something was wrong. He wasn't sure what it was, maybe the air conditioning was out, or maybe the elevators were moving slower. All he knew was something wasn't right. On his way up to his office, his bossed stopped him and called him into the meeting room. Apparently, his coworkers had complained yesterday about Robert’s attitude in the workplace. They felt that Robert was very rude and inconsiderate of their opinions and beliefs. One female coworker complained that, “it was impossible to talk to him for more than one minute without him gawking at my breasts”. Robert had to learn some better interpersonal relationship skills, or get fired. |
