Hey I just got to the part of my map where all i have to do is make spawning points and waypoints to finish my map. I figured out how to make spawning; trigger spawn 10 seconds into game from a region, but how do you trigger that the units will respawn 1 minute after all the units in the region die? ex. 3 spiderlings spawn in region A 10 seconds into the game, Spiderlings die and one minute after they respawn again. Also I want to make a pathing system for my creeps. See I have 2 bases ( this is similair to dota ) and I have 3 different paths that go to the base. The paths are mainly straight with only a couple of turns and I want the creeps to go to a ""Meet point"" then if they win with help of hero they move on through the rest of the path ( identical to dota ). Im pretty sure you could just make a unit group for each region and have a trigger check if they are alive, and if they arnt, have something turn on another trigger that spawns them in 1 minute. this is my guess, i will mess around with triggers and efit my post withy my findings. you could probaly do a JASS function using local variables too. |

Pathing huh? You mean that they go to point 1 point 2 enemy base This works for my map, troops spawn and instantly move to point 1. Event Unit - Unit Enters TroopSpawnRegion Conditions Owner of triggering unit equal to ThePlayerWhosTroopsTheyAre Action Unit - Order unit to attack-move center of (PointWhereTheyShouldGo) And do same again, but the point where to go is further on the path. |
