Why does Creating Weather Effect not work?

Can anybody tell me why is it that when I use this Action trigg "Environment - Create at (Region centered at (Position of (Dying destructible)) with size (500.00, 500.00)) the weather effect Dungeon Blue Fog (Heavy)
" it won't create the weather effect.. Infact I even try enabling the Last created weather effect and that didn't even work too, any1 know whats wrong? I don't have a region so I make it at point where destructible dies and I make the width of the region created by trigger 500x500

This is probably a long shot but do amke sure your graphics settings are reasonably high - i believe that on "low" weather effects are not show.

Yeah, that happened to me too. It is the reason most of the times
