Cant figure out how it works

You know the footmen wars hero well since I cant load it up Im just wondering how they made that ablity that was an aura that applied farie fire to everyone(enemy) in its range. I cant use devotion aura for my base

what they did was to modify devotion aura with negative values on enemy units.

and modify the buff to look like faerie fire, i guess.
