Anyone know the name of...

I've been looking for a tool I used to use. I THINK it went along the lines of War3 Extra Editor, I remember you could open a map and add extra terrain tiles for a max. of 18. I've looked through all the threads and haven't found it. It had a dark ranger icon I belive... It's been a while since I've used it...

If anyone can fill me in on this that'd be great.
