Guest | *cough* This is rather embarrassing, since it's a fairly obvious problem to have, but I just can't find any solution to it online, which makes me wonder if it's just me. Perhaps something gone wrong with the installation somehow. Anyway, when I or the computer plays Chaos, we seem to be unable to harvest lumber. The little minions only snag gold, and the other starting unit doesn't have the ability to gather resources at all. I even built that lumber-harvesting building, wondering if it harvested on its own, but no, apparently not. So, as much as I'm in awe at the scope and detail of this mod, it really makes me sad that an entire race seems to be barred from usage. Mind you, it's like this with or without the latest patch. If anyone can offer me any advice on clearing this up so I can enjoy this wonderful mod to its full extent, I'd be very grateful. :) Right now the only thing I can think of is perhaps redownloading the program, but it would be weird for Getright to cut a download off, as it hasn't ever done that to me before.... |

It's not. For me the refineries work perfectly as lumber hasvester. (It is the only way chaos harvest lumber) They shoot out these fireballs which burn trees. You must be missing some patch or something. The install order is like this: Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne 1.18 Patch TToR 3.22 Full TToR 3.23 Beta Patch 6 With that I have no idea how it can go wrong. |

Guest | Hmm, I've got the installation order down fine, then. Perhaps the mod doesn't like no cd cracks? I use them on almost every game I have, to save wear and tear on the drive and the cds.... |

Don't think so. I use a no-cd crack as well, works fine. Try reinstalling everything, if you bother. |
