help with yobul's war3 file converter

can somebody tell me how to fix this:

whenever i run the converter (v2.1), a pop-up error message says "The ordinal 697 could not be located in the dynamic link library War3.exe"

please, help anyone

I think it needs to be in the war3directory. Try that and see if it works.
