I have made in my map a custom Required EXP Table to tell how much exp is required for the next level. Problem is that when they hit lvl 40 it jumps them to the max level (level 60) How can I fix this so it no longer jumps like that? |

you shouldnt touch the hero required xp table you should only touch the creep reduction table each value there says how much xp you will gain for killing a unit while you are at a certain level for example 50, 30, 20 you will gain 50 xp points on level 1 if u kill him 30 on level 2 20 on level 3 and so on if you want something for all levels just put 1 value remember that the xp you gain depends also on the creep's level if he is level 2 defined on the object editor, you will gain the xp you specified * 2 and so on. i hope this helps. you can also play with the hero xp gain range to change some stuff. |

I think it is... 50 = 50% of the experience givin. 30 = 30% of the experience givin. 20 = 20% of the experience givin. Cause if you add 50 * 2 that equals 100... and when I look at my hero, he has experience that is like 1951. |

I'm using a custom XP gain system not the xp gain system built into Warcraft 3. My Custom XP Table is in the attachment |

Linera and me were chatting on MSN, and I figured out what his problem was... but we ran into another problem. In gameplay constants, at "Hero XP Required - Table" he has used 39 different custom values. So I told him to add 21 more. He did and then tested it... and the hero still went from level 39 to 60. Then he went back into the gameplay constants, at "Hero XP Required - Table" and instead of having 60 custom values, it went back to 39... Is 39 custom values the max allowed? |
