Umm im confused

i dl'd Warcraft III Image Extractor II, and i used winzip and extracted it onto my desktop and i tried to run it and i got this
so can any one help me please? thanks in advance

Nevermind i got it , i figured it thanks anyway i guess.....

but if you have the same problem here... downloaded this

and put it in the folder with all the warcfrat III extractor II stuff and it worked for me
