State of the Wc3c Address

I'd like to apologize in advance for all the downtime. Recently, a large amount of database (and vB errors) had been popping up. To solve this, we are migrating the site over to a new forum software. During this time, most of the site will be unavailable, including project forums, which are being migrated over to the new Project Module.

The upside of this is a much faster website, with page loads and database access speeds ~400% faster.

Instead of listing all of the things unavailable, here is what you can currently do on the site:

- Browse most forums.
- View threads.
- Post replies. (very simple format)
- Make new threads. (very simple format)

We are working as fast as possible to get everything up and working on the new software, so please bare with us and expect errors :)

thank god! We can see stuff everywhere. I have been searching yahoo for tools and the top 15 on the list is wc3c! I need them :) ty draco!

Nice, I like the new CMS. Which CMS do you use or is it selfwritten? Do you use accelerators for the new speed up of ~400% like mmcache, a php extension which caches the compiled php scripts or is it the new CMS?

gah its uglier, i didnt think it was possible.

Could use a different background color like black for example. Or just a darker green (much darker)

And the font color of links doesn't match the gray background color very well I suggest "greener" font and darker background for that.

Couldn't you make a showthread.php that does the same as thread_view.php so links to threads don't die for no reason (cause the ids are the same)

The same happens with forums, google still directs to old urls.

I guess next 'features' to add are project forums and attachments?

Ah damn, I finally get out of the world of warcraft ugly addiction and come back to this good ol' stuff, and you guys are down!

I hope were going back to the same site layout as before. I liked it.

What about the attachments? Are the old ones going to be restored? And this.. this just sucks. So whenever you encounter too many problems you just trow everything away and start from nothing.

The new layout is ugly, buggy and doesn't even work too well. I hope you're happy now..
