WIP Maps

Can we have a WIP Maps forum?

People could show off what they are working on and what to expect from their maps. Also get some feedback from people before release and it could be a place to get people for Alpha / Beta testings.

We had this in the old days, I was one of the mods there. It was great and alot of maps were submitted along with alot of usefull info.

Not all of us out there are doing Campaigns and maps that require a team to build.

What to say? Perty please ??

Not just the old days, we also had it quite recently, and I was a mod there, and now my forum is gone. :(

Heh, joking, I'm happy you decided to make the map projects section something more than "just another subforum". After all, map projects is what it all comes down to, it's where all the terrain, triggering, models and textures from their respective forums come together. I think I suggested making the projects a more special part of the site myself some time ago... so, good job.

Hmm... so, this new section will somehow replace the hosted projects and the map projects subforum? What about campaign/team discussion, I know that forum is for gathering a team, but it's also used for discussion among already assembled teams about their projects, I suppose that activity will also migrate to the new projects section?

Most likely, that will stay. The project section will be pretty cool though. :)

If only I didn't have to do other work that actually pays money; I'd have time to get much more accomplished~

I hope the projects sections comes back soon, seriously I have no place to upload updates to spells...
