Wasnt sure if this is right place... But, I would like someone to tell me if I can make an ability, that. When used has to target another friendly unit, and change the model of the caster to something else but isnt reversable. Here I'll tell you why :D I am planing on making a unique(I hope) model/unit but before I even begin I gotta know if the abilities I want it to have are possible. its going to be the DarkMatter Alchemist (or something like that) so if that ability is possible it will have multiple of it, OH on that, can I make it stackable, cause I want it to be able to make an enhanced weapon on itself then armor, then like mechanical wings or sumthin. |

Well, if you're going to make a custom model, it won't be a problem, really. You can make a base model and several attachment models, and attach the extra armor/weapon/hotdogs with a trigger whenever the unit casts the spell. |

Only one problem with that.... I want to avoid using triggers for abilities, for as long as possible. |

Heh, good luck with that... That's the attitude I started with as well, it didn't last long. Triggers are your friend when it comes to making new types of spells. |
