Paintbrush model needed

I was wondering if someone could whip me up a simple paintbrush model and texture real quick?

It would have to be about the size of an average unit.

I don't really need any animations but if you want to make some that would be awesome!

You will be recognized on the loading screen of my map, which is a replica of the freeware game Battle Painters.

Well, if you were to open a map called 'Pictionary' it uses a paintbrush model... or a pencil.. im not sure. Either way, it was mentioned to be an open source so Im sure it would be fine to use if you give the maker credit for it.

Alright, guess I'll take 4 minutes of my day. Here. It uses a skin already in Warcraft III so its nice and small.

Please let me know when you have downloaded it so I can remove it from my website.

ehh, nevermind... Could you skin some alpha channels onto the end of the brush (so it looks like it's painting the team color), make it so it faces the right direction, and add some attachment points?

Haha you said 'Simple' I asumed you could add what you wanted..

Look I'll be gone for the next few days, when I get back ill change the UV Map and you can skin it yourself easily.

There, thats roughly what the UVMap looks like. Knock yourself out.

The texture path is 'paintbrush.blp'
Paintbrush.MDX

awesome thanks!! How would i skin it exactly though? just edit that picture you posted and upload with paintbrush.blp as the name?

Correct, basically.

That image is rough, not exactly the correct size. Make a new image that has the dimentions of 256x256 and use those lines as a general location of where to skin. The Triangle is the brush, the Cylinder is the handle.

Do you know how to add attachment points?

Technically, yes.

However at the momment 3dsMAX is not installed here. When I get back to my normal PC I can add a few. Where do you need them?
