Well after 1 hour of hard work
i made this lil tool. It was needed for me! i formatted my pc but i had warcaft on my other hdd and i was lazy to install so i made this (it took me more time than installing would)

Why do i need to indicate the War3.mpq file?
To locate the directory of warcraft,see how.
C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\War3.mpq
this could be an example of the location of the mpq.
so i delete from it the last 9 characters and i get
C:\Program Files\Warcraft III
which is the directory of warcraft. then i add this directory plus some other strings to
the system registry.

and here are some screens.
1)here i delete my registry entries
2)Now cant upgrade
3)Indicate War3.mpq and run tool
4)Results ( i know i am dumb by hiding the directory but it is a very stange location)
