Slowing stormbolt

Ok, i want to make a Storm Bolt spell which slows instead of stunning.

The best way to do it would be rebasing it on shadow strike, and changing missile and target art, but the green numbers is not something i can afford.

Any way to get rid of them?

If not - any way to make a slowing stormbolt without resorting to triggers?

Triggers are very helpful for spells, you shouldn't have that attitude (I still have it somtimes so don't worry). I think you can use the spell slow and give it the Storm Bolt missle instead of the instant slow. Also you can take off the auto-cast on it and there ya go a StormBolt that slows instead of stunning. I might cheak this out later today and ill edit this post to tell you the results, but it should work.
