My Cousin has internet finally, but the polish antyvirus program mks_vir (veyr good sometimes better then other such programs) well it limits things -when he is not in a game you cant chat with him -he cant create games soposely this could be fixed but how? |

Turn it off =) True, you are more vulnerable for virus and stuff, but the router takes care of that. (If you have one.) You can also check the warcraft site, it should say what firewall blocks warcraft. |

there should also be a section where it asks about forwarding ports or something like that, if you can find this, tell it to forward the port u are using, which by default, i believe is 6112. It may also ask for an ip-adress, if so, follow these steps to find it >Go into the start menu >Open up Search >Type in Cmd, then press enter >A black box (sometimes different depending on the comp u have, microsoft has a black box) should show up, if not, try typing command prompt >In this box, type ipconfig >Look down the list of junk it shows and look for Ip-adress, and there it is! If the ip-adress is not showing, then there are other steps. if you want to know them, give me a message and ill go through it all |
