above level 10?

how can i make so that heroes can become higher level than 10? i dont remember.. and 1 more thing.. why isnt any of the buttons working on this site? for me noone works except the forums button

In "Gameplay Constants" change
"Hero - Maximum level" to desired amount.

The buttons don't work because the site is just being reworked... for over a month now...
