"invisible land" ??

in some maps iv seen that they make an area of the map not show up on the mini-map. how do they do that?! please help me out here

This really is a triggering question, you can use triggers to restrict the areas that are viewable. I can't remember off the top of my head so you'd better ask in the triggers forum.

its called Camera Bounds and is find in the Camera section in triggers
