Silence....

When I change the movement speed modifier to .30, nothing seems to happen. When I change it to -.30, nothing still happens. Is something wrong with the field?

and which field exactly are you referring to?

I'm referring to the field called "Movement Speed Modifier" on Silence...

I think I tried that once, and couldn't get that field to do anything. (The spell I made was called Mana Freeze, feel free to take the name if you want)

the cloud ability of the elven rider has the same values as the spell silence. use it instead.

Except for the fact that cloud when last I checked is channeled, silence is not.

well, you can use a dummy unit to cast it. ;)

I don't really know how to tell a dummy unit to cast an ability though. Besides, silence effects an area, but doesn't stay, although still doing it's effect over a time. How would you do that with Cloud?
