Where to download patches too?

I want to know where to download patches too. I downloaded patch 1.19A (from the site because i can't cannect to bnet; cheak my other post) and put it to my warcraft folder. But when i go onto warcraft it still says V.1.07 in the bottom corner, which means it didn't work properly. Is this because i need to download v1.11 then v1.12 then V1.13 and so on???

If not what is the problem?

The patch file from Battle.net (The site) should be a .exe type file. Run it. (Double click the pretty icon..)
