If you scroll through all the Unit models to the "D"'s, you should be able to find the Death Tower. Alternatively, if you find the Death Tower object in the unit editor, you can paste its model file from there.
I eventually found it
turned out to be called boulder tower, advanced boulder tower, cold tower, ....etc.
and i also had to have the animation names as upgrade and fifth.
