I was just wondering how you link maps like they did in Single Player World of Warcraft. It was a world of warcraft thing for War3. I know that they had the series of maps in a campain and when you walked into a region it would transition to another map. Like Thunderbluff or something. If anyone could help it would me much apreciated. ![]() |

It is known as a Campaign; simply use the search function here and you will find plenty of explanations as to how to do it. I can tell you however you need to use Gamecaches, so you might want to research that as well. |

This is not directly a campaign because in a campaign you can access each map in the campaign menu. If you want to change the map like in Blizzards Orc Bonus Campaign when entering thunder ridge for instance, you only need the function 'game - set next level' so you can enter thunder ridge by entering some region but you can't run thunder ridge as map from the campaign menu. |

You can hide the campaign buttons. It gets smother when using campaign too instead of having to pack the files just put it in a campaign, also If you want something like the bonus campaign you have to use the "Game Cache". |

yes, you will have to use the game catch anyway if you want to transfer any data from one map to annother. |
