Cliff Pathing and Terrain

When I make a realistic looking cliff by using the raise terrain then plateu tool units can still walk along the terrain as if nothing is stopping them, is there any way to stop groung pathing over a certain angle of terrain?

Also I'm using WEU and have added 2 extra cliff types, I know these extra cliffs will show when i apply the WEU patch to start my game, but is there anyway to make these cliffs viewable by all?

Thanks for the help

you don't know how to use pathing blockers?

Well yes but that is such a tedious way when the terrain is on a massive scale, I was hoping there way a gameplay constant somewhere that could designate the angle at which a unit can move.

i doubt it, but maby theres a constant for ground movment over tiles, similar to setting unbuildable tiles
