No No-limits Conundrum

I'm coming up to the point where I'll be needing a nolimits patch for some map editing to avoid a few dozen hours of extra work. As there is no publicly released nolimits patch for the current version, I either need to get in touch with Uluru, learn how to disable the limits myself, or remake the terrain to be smaller.

However, I cannot find Uluru or contact him at the moment as the forums are slightly indisposed. I'd be grateful for any information you could give me, either about finding Uluru or working on it myself.
