Just curious if anyone is using the newest max and if so is it worth getting?? I currently use max 7 so if you know the new changes let me know...and yes i know that the art tools are incompatible i dont care. |

new max is only good for archetectors and film makers, not many modelling/scratching, new tools. |

hmmm.... i did see one new feature i read about though said that you can now export your uv maps into paint programs for skinning...........its about F&*&ing time.... that should have been included in version 1 of max. |

u know there was a plug in, called texporter, go to the hubb and read my tut, u can export unwraps with it. |

yah ive got texporter....its ok, found a pretty cool free plugin today if you havent seen it u might check it out just for fun...not a great idea to use in war 3 though cause it makes a ton of polys.
